        Amorphoussoft magnetic alloy powder has excellent soft magnetic properties, and it has the advantages of high magnetic permeability, low loss, good temperature stability and so on. It is a kind of important soft magnetic material. However, there are still many problems in the research of amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder and device, which are lack of the equipment and the actual application. Therefore, the main work of this research includes:

1) The development of new amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder preparation equipment;

2) The development of amorphous soft magnetic alloy;

3) The preparation and properties of amorphous magnetic powder coating;

4) Study on the preparation and properties of thermal spray amorphous soft magnetic coating;
